Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at support@fenatidesign. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) if applicable. Returns without an RMA may not be processed.
